- We
allow you 7 days to return your purchase for a full refund, minus any applicable
shipping costs. There are two exceptions to this policy -
1. Payment plan purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an item
is returned. If the payments become delinquent, then the sale becomes void
and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
2. Custom created/designed pieces are not returnable. Once a custom design
is cast, then the sale is final.
- All returns
require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). You must contact our offices
within 7 days of the receipt of the item. All items must be returned to
A Gem For You using overnight and insured shipping methods. It must be postmarked
within 7 days of the date of receipt, and must be in its original condition.
- All refunds
will be issued in the manner in which payment was made less actual shipping
charges and/or a 15% restocking fee, if applicable. Refunds will not be
issued until the returned item is inspected by our staff to ensure it is
in its original condition.
- After
the 7 day return period, we offer a "no hassle" Exchange Policy
for an additional 10 days. We will issue a company credit for any difference.
- We will
not be responsible for items that are returned uninsured.
A
word about Diamond Grading: Please keep in mind that diamond grading pertaining
to color and clarity is not an exact science, but rather the best professional
opinion of the company issuing the certification or grading. Please be assured
that we do our best to accurately describe our items. Even grading
certifications (GIA, EGL, etc.) are professional, educated opinions that
can vary from lab to lab.

Unfortunately,
we realize that there are times when a customer can not physically inspect
their purchase until it is delivered to their doorstep. We understand that
if you are buying from a photograph or a stone certification, there is always
the chance that it will not be to your liking. Please be assured that our
knowledgeable staff will do their best to accurately describe as well as supply
photos in the event that an in-person consultation is not possible.

assured that there is NO RISK in making your purchase. A Gem For You
