All items are shipped insured, overnight mail to our customers
through FedEx. All purchases will have the shipping cost included on their
invoice. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday - Saturday delivery is available
at the customer's request for an additional shipping charge.
We will e-mail the customer on the day that it ships with the tracking number so they can track it through the FedEx web site. Click the FedEx logo below to go to the FedEx home page to track shipments.
We ask that any item shipped back to our office is shipped in this same method, as it is the safest, most secure method. All returned items must be shipped overnight, insured mail, by either FedEx or UPS. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you would like to review/inspect the stone(s) prior to setting or purchase, we offer that option. This is commonly known as a "cash memo." A Gem For You offers a 72 hour review period of the stone that you are looking to purchase. This gives you the chance to inspect the stone, take it to a local jeweler, match it up with a setting that you may own or are planning to use, etc. The following terms apply:
If the stone is something that you have decided to keep, the payment has already been made. We will simply retain the Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. If you return the stone within the explained guidelines, a refund will be made in the manner in which payment was made. Refunds will not be issued until the stone has been received by us and has passed an inspection to insure authenticity and its condition.
